Welcome to Smith Staffing LLC, a woman-owned Epic and EHR recruiting business located in Minnesota, I am fiercely passionate on connecting the right Epic talent with the right hospital and clinics. I come with over 14 years of industry expertise working for multiple consulting companies large and small in contract and permanent placements. Sadly, many of the staffing firms today have lost the importance of integrity and candidate experience and treat their people as TRANSACTIONS. This is why I decided to create my own. I wanted to offer an affordable solution to clients when it comes to permanent placements. I am dedicated to championing diversity and inclusivity in talent acquisition, bringing more women and people of color in IT and ensuring that I deliver a diverse candidate slate. ​

My experience with Fortune 500 companies like Best Buy and General Mills has shaped my approach to talent acquisition, my success in the hospital space speaks for itself with placement of over 400 Epic certified builders for partners and direct clients, I continue to focus on genuine connections, candidate experiences, and advocating for candidates throughout their journey all while also ensuring I offer affordable solutions for your staff needs. My expertise in Epic and EHR ranges from certified builders to CIO level.
